Ingredients: Organic Dried Split Green Peas

Cooking Instructions 

  1. Boil 3 cups salted water or stock and add 1 cup rinsed split peas
  2. Reduce heat, cover and simmer 30 to 40 minutes, depending on desired firmness
  3. Remove from heat, drain and enjoy! For extra seasoning, add herbs or vegetables directly into cooking liquid
