Are all of your products plant based?

  • Yes, every one of our products are 100% plant-based and are suitable for those following a vegan diet.

What types of payment do you accept?

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and ShopPay

How do I use my coupon code?

  • Coupon codes can be applied on the checkout page. Simply add your code to the box titled 'coupon code'. Note some coupon codes can only be used once.

I've had a problem with my order

I ordered my items a few days ago but they haven't shipped yet

  • To ensure your fresh items arrive in the best possible conditions, we only ship them Monday to Wednesday.
  • Any orders for fresh products placed after 3:00PM on Wednesdays will not ship until the following Monday

My order has not arrived yet, how do I locate it?

  • The easiest way to locate your shipment is to retrieve your order confirmation email and click view order status
  • If your order has shipped, you should be able to see your tracking number. Click on this number to view your tracking information on the carrier's website
