The Ultimate Plant-Based Pizza

This delicious plant-based pizza makes an easy meal for friends of the family.

Ingredients

  • 1 Above Food Gluten-Free Flatbread Dough (defrosted)
  • 1 Package Above Food Herb & Garlic Crumble
  • 1 Culcherd Herb & Garlic Plant-Based Cheese
  • 5 lb mixed wild mushrooms
  • 1 Can San Marzano Tomatoes
  • 1 Tsp dried oregano
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Fresh basil leaves (for garnish)
  • Extra Virgin Olive Oil & Balsamic vinegar (for garnish)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit
  2. Preheat cast-iron pan on medium heat with 1 tbsp olive oil
  3. Cook grounds in pan 3-5 minutes, breaking up with spatula
  4. Add tomatoes to a bowl, add oregano, garlic, and olive oil
  5. Crush tomato sauce mixture with hands and mix to combine. Season to taste
  6. Spread sauce mixture on pizza crust, top with crumbled Culcherd Plant Based Cheese and Eat Up! Herb & Garlic Crumble
  7. Cook pizza in oven for 12-15 minutes
  8. Garnish with fresh basil leaves
