Superfood Overnight Only Oats
Ingredients
- 5 Cups non-dairy milk
- 5 Tablespoons maple syrup
- 5 Tsp vanilla
- 1 Tbsp cinnamon
- 2 Cups Only Oats Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
- 5 Cup Farmer Direct Organic Hemp Hearts
- 1 Cup fresh berries (raspberries, or blueberries, or blackberries)
Preparation
- In a large bowl, stir together non-dairy milk, maple syrup and vanilla
- Stir in Only Oats Gluten-Free Rolled Oats, Farmer Direct Organic Hemp Hearts, and cinnamon to combine, then add fresh berries if desired
- Place mixture in 2-4 sealable containers overnight
- Containers can be stored in fridge up to 3 days
