Superfood Overnight Only Oats

A little prep the night before yields a week's worth of densely nutritious morning meals - featuring gluten-free organic oats and superfood hemp hearts.

Ingredients

  • 5 Cups non-dairy milk
  • 5 Tablespoons maple syrup
  • 5 Tsp vanilla
  • 1 Tbsp cinnamon
  • 2 Cups Only Oats Gluten-Free Rolled Oats
  • 5 Cup Farmer Direct Organic Hemp Hearts
  • 1 Cup fresh berries (raspberries, or blueberries, or blackberries)

Preparation

  1. In a large bowl, stir together non-dairy milk, maple syrup and vanilla
  2. Stir in Only Oats Gluten-Free Rolled Oats, Farmer Direct Organic Hemp Hearts, and cinnamon to combine, then add fresh berries if desired
  3. Place mixture in 2-4 sealable containers overnight
  4. Containers can be stored in fridge up to 3 days
